Frequently asked questions
What is an AI credit?
Credits are what building with AI spends. A small change costs a credit or so, a whole page costs more. Your plan's credits reset every month, and you can buy more at any time on a paid plan.
What happens if I go over a limit?
We email you at 80% and 100%. At 100% that one thing stops until your plan renews — unless you are on a paid plan and have switched on extra usage, which is then paid from your account balance at your plan's rate. If the balance runs out, it stops again. Your data is never deleted.
Can I get a surprise bill?
No. Anything beyond your plan is paid from balance you added yourself — or, if you switched on auto-reload, a top-up of the amount you chose, never above the monthly limit you set. Nothing is charged after the fact.
What is BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI)?
Connect your existing AI subscription (like ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro) for unlimited prompts. You pay us only for the platform, not for AI usage. You can also use our built-in Neutron models with your monthly AI credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the new price minus what is left of your current plan. A downgrade starts when your current period ends, and a cancelled plan keeps working until then.
